Infrastructure Security

Infome HRMS is hosted on world-class infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Our physical infrastructure is housed in highly secure data centers that comply with industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2.

Data Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use TLS 1.3 for all communications between your browser and our servers. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Our encryption keys are managed securely using dedicated Key Management Services (KMS).

Access Control & Authentication

  • SSO Integration: Support for SAML 2.0, Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
  • MFA: Multi-Factor Authentication is enforced for all administrator accounts.
  • RBAC: Granular Role-Based Access Control ensures users only see what they need to see.

Vulnerability Management

We conduct regular automated vulnerability scanning across our entire infrastructure. In addition, we undergo rigorous third-party penetration testing annually to identify and remediate potential security risks.
